Ordering and minimum quantities

Can you handle large orders?

Yes. Capacity is up to 40,000 bags, up to 100,000 wallets and up to 100,000 belts per month, confirmed per project. Repeat orders are produced to the specifications approved in your sample.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For real leather: 50 pieces per model and colour for bags and jackets, and 100 for wallets, belts and small leather goods. Vegan leather bags start at 250 pieces per model and colour.

Repeat and volume orders run up to 40,000 bags, 100,000 wallets and 100,000 belts a month.

Can we order the same bag in several colours?

Yes. The minimum applies separately to each model and colour: 50 pieces for real-leather bags and 250 pieces for vegan bags.

How is the minimum order for jackets split across sizes?

The minimum of 50 pieces per model and colour can be spread across sizes S to XL.

Why is the minimum order higher for vegan bags?

Vegan materials are sourced per project, which makes larger runs necessary.

Can we see your product catalogue?

Yes. Request our product overview through the contact form and we will send it by email.

What are your payment terms?

Samples are paid in advance. For production orders, an advance payment is required before production starts, and the balance is due before the goods leave the factory. The exact terms are stated in your quotation.

Do you work with startups and small brands?

Yes. We work with new and growing brands as well as established ones. MOQ is 50 pieces per model and colour for bags and jackets, and 100 for wallets, belts and small leather goods. A hand-drawn sketch or reference photo is enough to start, and samples are charged.

Your design and branding

Can you produce our own design?

Yes. Send us your sketch, tech pack or reference photo, and we develop a sample for your approval before bulk production starts. You can also start from one of our existing models and add your logo, colours and packaging.

What is the difference between private label and OEM?

In our private label offer, you can start from one of our existing models and add your branding. OEM starts with your own sketch or tech pack and develops the product from that brief. Both are produced under your brand, following approval of a physical sample.

Do we need a complete tech pack?

No. A clear sketch, even a hand-drawn one, or a reference photo is enough to start. We help work out materials and construction details during development.

Can you adapt one of your existing bag models?

Yes. You can change the size, interior layout, hardware, leather and colour of an existing model, and add your own logo and labels.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes. Leather and lining colours can be matched to your Pantone references.

Can we use our own lining and labels?

Yes. Lining, labels and packaging can all be made to your brand specifications.

Can you supply branded packaging?

Yes. We produce custom packaging and gift boxes with your logo.

Can we choose our own buckles?

Yes. You can choose from our buckle styles and finishes, supply your own buckles, or, for larger quantities, have a custom buckle made for your brand.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share your designs.

Samples and lead times

Are samples free?

Samples are charged, because each one is made specifically to your design and specifications.

How long do samples and production take?

Samples take 4–6 weeks. Bulk production takes 8–10 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping. Working towards a specific date? Mention it in your request and we will advise what is possible.

How long does it take from first contact to delivery?

Samples normally take 4–6 weeks, followed by 8–10 weeks for bulk production after sample approval, plus shipping. Allow 12–16 weeks for those two stages together. Brief clarification, sample revisions and the final delivery arrangements can affect the overall schedule, so share your required delivery date at the outset.

We have a deadline for an event. Is that possible?

Mention your event date in your request and we will advise what is possible.

Can we reorder the same product later?

Yes. Repeat orders are produced to the specifications approved in your sample, so your product stays consistent.

Yes. Many brands offer both, and the same designs can often be produced in either material.

Yes. Gift sets can combine several products, for example a wallet and a belt, each in your choice of colours. Minimum quantities apply per product and colour.

Can every product in a gift set carry our logo?

Yes. Each item can be branded with your logo, and the gift packaging can carry it too.
