Animal-free bags for your branded collection

Adnan Lederwaren produces vegan leather bags from your own design or by adapting an existing model. The available bag types include handbags, tote bags, crossbody bags, backpacks, business bags and laptop bags.

Vegan materials are sourced for the project, so the minimum order is 250 pieces per model and colour. This offer applies to bags; our wallets, belts and small leather goods are made in real leather.

Define the material requirement in the brief

The term vegan leather describes an animal-free alternative, but it does not by itself tell a buyer the material composition or the specification of a particular bag. If a named material or composition is essential to your collection, state that requirement in the enquiry so it can be reviewed for the project.

Include your preferred colour, surface appearance and intended bag design, together with the lining, hardware and branding requirements. Any specific performance or testing requirement should also be raised before the sample is developed.

Develop the model around your brand

You can begin with an existing bag design or use our OEM production service for your own design. The brief can cover size, interior layout, colour, lining, hardware, logo and labels.

Branding options include heat-stamping, debossing, embossing and a metal plate; the appropriate treatment is considered with the material and sample. Custom packaging can be included in the quotation brief.

If you plan a collection with several colourways, list the quantity for each model and colour. The 250-piece minimum applies to each combination, rather than to the total number of bags across the collection.

Sampling before production

A physical sample allows you to assess the chosen material, construction and branding together. Samples normally take 4–6 weeks and are charged. Bulk production normally takes 8–10 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping.

Share your intended launch date at the start. Material sourcing, sample review and delivery arrangements form part of the project planning; a delivery date should be agreed for the specific order.

Production and project management

Production takes place in our family's own SA8000-certified facility in India. Your dedicated account manager in the Netherlands handles the project from the first enquiry to delivery.

A collection with both leather and vegan bags

The same design can often be developed in real leather or an animal-free material. If you are considering both, make the material choice and quantity explicit for each version. The sample is the reference for the particular version approved for production.
