Leather apparel developed from your brief

A jacket or apparel project brings the design, leather, fit, lining and hardware together. Adnan Lederwaren develops leather jackets, skirts and trousers under your brand, with a physical sample approved before bulk production begins.

Share your design, tech pack or reference photograph, together with the colours, size range and quantities you have in mind. Your account manager in the Netherlands coordinates the project with our family's own SA8000-certified production facility in India.

Choose a leather for the intended design

Lamb leather

Soft and lightweight, lamb leather is an option for fashion-jacket designs where that feel is part of the brief.

Sheep leather

Supple leather with a natural grain, available for your apparel project.

Goat leather

Leather with a distinctive pebbled texture, suitable to consider for a more robust design.

Cow leather

A sturdier leather option for robust styles. The sample should be reviewed as a complete garment, including the selected leather and construction.

If you have a preferred material, state it in the enquiry. If the choice is open, describe the intended look and feel rather than assuming all leather types will produce the same result.

Define the garment beyond the outer leather

Your brief can cover:

• Design, fit and sizes.
• Leather type and colour, including Pantone references.
• Lining.
• Zips, buttons and other hardware.
• Your own labels.
• Packaging requirements.

Include measurement information and a size breakdown where available. If you are using a reference photograph, explain which details should be retained and which should change. Our OEM leather goods process explains how a design brief becomes a sample.

Plan the minimum across sizes

The minimum is 50 pieces per model and colour, which can be spread across sizes S to XL. The same minimum applies to the jackets, skirts and trousers covered by this offer.

List the quantity required in each size rather than giving only a collection total. If you need sizes outside S–XL, raise that requirement before proceeding; availability outside the stated range is not assumed.

Use the sample to confirm the product

Samples normally take 4–6 weeks and are charged because they are developed to your specifications. Review the design, leather, lining, hardware, labels and agreed measurements together before approving production.

Bulk production normally takes 8–10 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping. Share any seasonal delivery date at the first enquiry so the timetable can be discussed while the brief is being defined.

Production and quality control

The order passes four checks: incoming leather, after cutting, during production and final inspection before dispatch. Our facility is SA8000-certified, and the certificate is available to buyers on request. Independent inspection, for example by SGS, is welcome.
